Synopsis:

 

Augmented Innovation (AI) is the application of artificial intelligence to innovation and
entrepreneurship. In this workshop, we will use generative AI to innovate and evaluate
Zero Hunger product and service ideas, and discuss the ethical use of AI in
entrepreneurship and innovation with a focus on sustainability and the WEF Nexus.

Speaker:

 

Sarah Hartman-Caverly is an associate librarian with Penn State
University Libraries at Penn State Berks, where she liaises with
the Engineering, Business and Computing division. Her research
examines the compatibility of human and machine autonomy,
including a focus on AI literacy for entrepreneurship. She is a
two-time Association of College and Research Libraries
innovation award winner for her collaborative work on privacy
literacy and integrative librarianship. She holds an MS Library
and Information Science and MS Information Systems from
Drexel University, and BA Anthropology with a minor in Africana
Studies from Haverford College.
